MyMedicare Information

What is MyMedicare?

MyMedicare is a free and secure government Medicare website. You can check the status of your Medicare eligibility, Medicare benefits and enrollment.

An additional convenience is that you can access your Medicare claim information after it is processed by Medicare. You can also get preventive health information at anytime.

By setting up your own MyMedicare account, you can access your personalized information whenever you want.

By registering with MyMedicare you can check your Medicare claims as soon as they are processed.

You can also access your Medicare eligibility, preventive service information, and entitlements.

You also have access to your prescription drug enrollment program and your deductible information for Medicare Part B.

Also by registering, you can manage your list of prescription drugs and your health information. You can then print your health information to share with your doctors and healthcare providers.

In order to register with MyMedicare, you will need your Medicare number which is located on your Medicare card. You will need to provide the same mailing address that the Social Security Administration (SSA) or the Railroad Retirement Board has on file for you. Finally, you will need to enter a valid email address.

You will have a password and username in order to access your MyMedicare account.

In order to become more familiar with the MyMedicare website and how to take advantage of all the features you should take advantage of the MyMedicare virtual tour.

In providing good care, your doctor or health care provider may do exams or tests that Medicare doesn’t cover. Your doctor or health care provider may also recommend that you have tests more or less often than Medicare covers them. In some cases, you may have to pay for these services. Talk to your doctor or health care provider to find out how often you need these exams to stay healthy.
